1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your credentials. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the platform. Keep your password and API tokens confidential — if you believe your account has been compromised, reset your credentials from Settings immediately.

2. Content you publish

You retain ownership of models, datasets, Space code, and other content you upload. By publishing content as Public, you grant other users the right to view, download, and (where the associated license permits) use it. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for choosing an accurate license for your repositories.

We may remove content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates law, or violates the Content Policy after notice where practicable.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to host malware, illegal content, or material that infringes others' rights. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls. Don't use shared GPU/inference capacity for cryptomining or other abuse unrelated to legitimate ML workloads.

4. Paid plans and billing

Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans are billed on the cycle you select at checkout (monthly or annual). Usage-based charges (storage overage, GPU hours, inference credits) are billed according to the rates shown on the Pricing page at the time of use. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security incidents, or violations of these terms.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
