Content Policy
Licensing
Every model and dataset you publish should carry an accurate license. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to redistribute, and don't apply a permissive license to content whose original license doesn't allow it.
Not allowed
Malware or code designed to exploit systems without authorization; content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights; illegal content under applicable law; and models or datasets whose primary purpose is generating non-consensual intimate imagery or targeted harassment.
Gated and restricted content
Some models and datasets carry usage restrictions from their original authors (research-only licenses, acceptable-use clauses, gated access requirements). Respect those restrictions when you fine-tune, mirror, or build on top of them.
Reporting content
Use the Report action on any model, dataset, or Space page to flag content that violates this policy. We review reports and may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts that violate these standards.
