Inferix
Sovereign AI

Prove where your AI ran.

Regulators increasingly demand that AI workloads stay inside a jurisdiction — and that you can prove it. Inferix pins your compute to the regions you allow and returns a region-attested proof of where every workload executed. Sovereignty as an enforced control, not a checkbox.

The rules are here, not coming. The EU AI Act reaches full enforcement on August 2, 2026; GDPR already requires data-residency guarantees; and GAIA-X certification is turning up as a hard requirement in public-sector RFPs. Sovereign AI infrastructure is one of the fastest-growing segments in compute — because “where did this run?” is now an answer you have to be able to give. Inferix makes that answer auditable — a cryptographic Proof-of-Render on the hardware, plus region attestation.

Sovereignty you can enforce and prove

Three controls that work together — all live on the platform today.

Data-residency enforcement

Set the regions your organization is allowed to run in. Any GPU rental outside your approved jurisdiction is blocked before a single byte is provisioned — with a clear, auditable reason. No silent cross-border compute.

Geo-attestation (Proof-of-Render)

Every workload’s Proof-of-Render binds the region it executed in into a keyed watermark, which Inferix verifies server-side against the GPU’s registered jurisdiction. You get an auditable record of where a job ran — not just that it ran — so a region mismatch is detected rather than assumed.

Jurisdiction-aware marketplace

Filter available GPUs by jurisdiction (US / EU / Singapore / Japan) so you only ever rent compliant hardware. The same taxonomy powers the filter and the enforcement — what you can select is exactly what your policy permits.

How it works

Policy in, enforced compute out, provable record every time.

1

Set your allowed regions

In your organization’s settings, choose the jurisdictions your data and compute are permitted in, and turn on geo-fencing. GDPR, EU AI Act, and similar mandates map straight onto it.

2

Enforcement does the rest

Every rent is checked against your policy in real time. Out-of-jurisdiction hardware is refused automatically — your team can’t accidentally spin up compute where it isn’t allowed.

3

Prove it with attestation

Each workload carries a geo-attested Proof-of-Render. Hand an auditor a region-attested Proof-of-Render artifact that shows where the work happened — a defensible record, not a promise.
