Quick navigation
Information we collect
We collect account details (email, username, profile settings), authentication and security events, product usage telemetry, billing and subscription metadata, support communications, and content or files you upload to Inferix services.
How we use data
We use data to provide and secure the platform, process subscriptions and payments, prevent abuse/fraud, enforce platform policies, operate customer support, improve reliability/performance, and meet legal obligations.
Lawful bases and disclosures
Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention), legal obligations, and consent where required. We do not sell personal data. We disclose data only to processors/subprocessors needed for service delivery (hosting, payments, email, observability) and where legally required.
Data retention
Retention depends on data type and legal requirements. Account records, billing records, and audit trails are retained as required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, and compliance. Content you delete may remain in backups for a limited recovery window before permanent deletion.
Security measures
We apply encryption in transit, role-based access controls, key and token controls, security monitoring, abuse detection, and incident response procedures. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously improve controls and review access paths.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in regions where we or our processors operate. When required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction/objection to processing. You may also manage marketing preferences and account settings. Organization admins can manage workspace-level controls for their teams.
Children's privacy
Inferix is not directed to children and is not intended for users under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction.
Policy updates
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted here with an updated effective date.
Contact
For privacy requests (access, export, correction, deletion), email privacy@inferix.co. For legal/compliance inquiries, contact legal@inferix.co.
We verify requestor identity before processing data-subject requests and typically respond within timelines required by applicable law.
