1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and a hashed (never plaintext) password. If you sign in with Google or GitHub instead, we receive your basic profile information (name, email, avatar) from that provider under OAuth — we never see or store your Google or GitHub password.

When you use the platform, we store the content you choose to upload or create: models, datasets, Space code, bucket objects, discussions, and similar repository content. We also record usage data needed to operate the service: storage consumed, API request counts, GPU allocation time, and sign-in activity.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate your account, enforce plan quotas and rate limits, bill usage-based plans, secure the platform against abuse (including CAPTCHA challenges on authentication flows), and provide support when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Where it's stored

Account and repository metadata is stored in our operational database. File content (model weights, dataset files, Space code, bucket objects) is stored in S3-compatible object storage that we operate. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

4. Sharing

Content you mark Public is visible to anyone, by design — that's the point of a public model/dataset/Space hub. Content you mark Private or Gated is only accessible to you and, for organization-owned repositories, members with appropriate roles. We share information with third parties only when required to provide the service (e.g. our OAuth providers, our hosting infrastructure) or when required by law.

5. Your rights

You can review and update your account details from Settings at any time. You can delete individual repositories, Spaces, or buckets yourself. To request a full export or deletion of your account and associated data, email privacy@inferix.co.

6. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
